The payment is made by credit card, which must be active to perform transactions over the Internet.

DELIVERY TERM

The order must be delivered within one (1) to five (5) working days

Considerations to take into account:

Orders in small locations may be delayed 24 h more.

The transportation company does not call before delivering. In case of not being able to deliver it, the package will be returned to our warehouse and the courier service will inform you by email of each delivery attempt not finalized.

Orders sent after 12:00, can be processed the next working day.

If you have received an order and you are not satisfied with any of the items, you can request a refund, as long as you meet the conditions detailed below.

Conditions for acceptance of return

PHYTOSALUS, by virtue of the provisions of the Retail Trade Regulation Law as well as that regulated by the Community regulations (Directive 97/7 / EC), will not accept returns on sales of merchandise that can be reproduced or copied easily and with immediate character. The return of any merchandise will require the agreement of both parties. Phytosalus reserves the right to demand compensation to compensate the possible damages suffered by the merchandise, as well as to recover the direct expenses caused by the return. Steps to follow in case of return:

From this date, we have 30 working days to reimburse the amount of the purchase except transport costs, both shipping and return, which will only be returned in case PHYTOSALUS is responsible for the cause of return of the product. The refund will be made through the means of payment used in the purchase, or by transfer to the account you indicate.
